Classwork: Hot Words List #2, words 5 & 6. Ask for Grammar Overhead #7. Ask for Parts of Speech notes & poster back. Read book IX of "The Odyssey" using the online Collections text (it is now working. If you can't find it, look on-line for a pdf version of the text).
Homework: Hot Words, UpFront (due 9/26) & study for a Parts of Speech quiz (4th hour: stop by on a B-day if you are absent to get your notes to prepare for the quiz).
